Choosing a plan

Start with the level of involvement you want.

All three plans give you one place to turn. The difference is how much of your tech you want us to take care of.

Who are the plans for?

Our plans are designed for Maltese small businesses that want less tech to manage themselves. Essential is for businesses that want dependable support and guidance. Partner takes more of the everyday setup off your plate. Progress adds practical business improvement projects when you want to keep building and improving.

How many users are included?

The plans are designed around an agreed business scope rather than a published user allowance. Tell us about your team and setup when you get started and we’ll confirm the right fit before anything is finalised.

What does unlimited support mean?

There is no hourly support allowance to use up. You can make legitimate support requests across the services included in your plan whenever you need help. The service is subject to agreed scope and fair use so that normal busy periods are covered without turning the plan into continuous or dedicated labour.

Can I pay monthly or annually?

Yes. Essential is €89/month or €955/year, Partner is €179/month or €1,825/year, and Progress is €269/month or €2,585/year. Annual plans give you a lower total cost for the year and are paid in advance.

What’s included?

Support, management or ongoing improvement.

What does Essential cover?

Essential gives you reliable support for the tech you use every day, including hardware, software, websites and networks, with onsite and remote assistance. It also includes Tech Advisory and free onboarding so we can get to know your business, setup and what you rely on day to day.

What does Partner add?

Partner includes everything in Essential and takes more of the everyday tech management off your plate. It adds Microsoft 365 Administration, Website Management & Changes, Network Administration, and Supplier & Warranty Coordination. You also get priority scheduling and €50 Monthly Tech Credit, building up to a €300 available balance for eligible improvement work.

What does Progress add?

Progress includes everything in Partner and adds Project Development, Updates and Maintenance. Projects can include websites, business systems, automations, AI solutions, integrations and reporting. Eligible projects also include Project Hosting and your own Managed Domain while you remain on Progress.

Are onsite and remote support both available?

Yes. Both are available across the plans, so we can help remotely when that is the quickest option and come onsite when hands-on work is needed. Normal onsite travel within Malta is included with support plans; any exceptional travel arrangements are agreed separately where applicable.

What happens with specialist software?

We can help diagnose the issue and work with the relevant supplier where specialist knowledge or vendor access is required. Where supplier coordination is included in your plan, we can take more of that conversation off your plate.

Partner Tech Credit

Turn ongoing support into future improvements.

Every fully paid month on Partner adds €50 Tech Credit, up to a maximum available balance of €300. Once you have completed three paid months, accumulated credit can be put towards our labour on eligible, separately agreed business improvement work.

What can Tech Credit be used for?

It can contribute towards our labour on eligible agreed improvement work when your business is ready for it. Third-party costs and anything outside the agreed eligible work remain separate.

Business Starter Kit

Starting a business? You can begin with more already in place.

What is Business Starter Kit?

Business Starter Kit is a first-year package for eligible new and early-stage businesses. It brings together an AI-powered business website, a business system or workflow, essential tech setup and 12 months of Partner support for €1,295.

What support is included with Launch?

Launch includes 12 months of Partner, giving you ongoing support and management throughout your first year rather than leaving you on your own once the initial setup is complete.

What happens after the first year?

You can continue on Partner at the then-current standard Partner price. The one-off Launch deliverables do not repeat on renewal. If your business reaches the point where ongoing systems, automations and improvement projects make sense, Progress is the natural next step.

A few practical questions

What if I just need help with one thing?

Can I request one-off support?

Yes. Ad-hoc support is available at €30/hour, with no call-out fee. If you start needing help regularly, one of the plans may give you broader ongoing coverage and a consistent point of contact.

What happens if I need something outside my plan?

Tell us what you need. If the work sits outside your included services or is unusually large or complex, we will agree the scope and any separate cost before that work begins.

How quickly are requests handled?

Requests are scheduled according to the circumstances, business impact and the support arrangement in place. Partner includes priority scheduling. We do not present ordinary plan support as a guaranteed response-time service unless a specific commitment has been separately agreed.

Plan services are subject to agreed scope and fair use. Terms apply.
